Recipe of the week

Ingredients:

  • 6 – 8 drops of wild orange oil
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g spelled flour
  • 1 pkg. baking powder
  • 3 tbsp apple pulp
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50g ground hazelnuts / almonds
  • who likes: nuts, chocolate, berries

Preparation:

Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the eggs and mix into the banana mixture.

Add the wild orange oil and stir well.

Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and add to the banana mixture. The apple pulp too. Mix everything well until a creamy dough is formed.

Finally, the ground hazelnuts are added. If you like, you can still have to or add chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a greased box baking tin, if you like you can add a few berries on top.

Bake at 180 degrees, top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes. Finished!
