The main chemical components of Eucalyptus radiata are eucalyptol and alpha-terpineol. That’s why it’s ideal for a soothing massage and promotes relaxation. Eucalyptus has properties that can be beneficial for the skin. Eucalyptus is used in mouthwashes to freshen breath.\n\nCombine eucalyptus with peppermint for a cooling effect or with lemon for refreshing cleansing. For the respiratory tract, we also recommend Tea tree oil.\n\n

\nDiffusion: Three or four drops in a diffuser of your choice.\nApplication on the skin: For massage, mix 5 drops of oil with 10 ml carrier oil. For a bath, mix 5 drops of oil with 5 mL of carrier oil.\n\n
