1 Ei verquirlt mit

200 g kalte Butter in Würfeln
verkneten,
1/2 Stunde in Frischhaltefolie gewickelt im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen,
ausrollen, Formen ausstechen und bei 180 Grad ca. 12 Minuten backen.
