Marjoram was known to the Greeks and Romans as a symbol of luck. Marjoram essential oil is widely known as a condiment in cooking and is therefore an irreplaceable kitchen ingredient. The herbaceous aroma of marjoram oil can be used in soups, stews, dressings, and sauces. In Germany this herb is known as “goose weed” because it is traditionally used to roast geese.

• Replace the dried marjoram with marjoram essential oil in your next recipe.
• Apply to the neck to relieve stress.
• Apply to the feet of a restless child before a nap.

Instructions for use

diffusion : Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Use as a food additive : Dilute one drop with 125 mL of liquid.

External application : Mix 5 drops with 10 mL carrier oil for massage. Mix 5 drops with 5 mL carrier oil as a perfume. Mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil as a fragrance.

Notes on safe use

May cause skin irritation. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision, please consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying the product.
