The Roman chamomile grows close to the ground and reaches a maximum height of one meter. It has gray-green leaves, flowers that are reminiscent of a daisy, and smells of apples. Because of its positive effects on the growth of nearby plants, the plant is also known as the “herbalist”. The ancient Romans used the oil to give courage before a war. The most common Roman chamomile is undoubtedly used in teas. They can also be found in face creams, beverages, hair dyes, shampoos and perfumes.

  • Add 1–2 drops to your moisturizer, favorite shampoo or conditioner and you will benefit from youthful looking skin and healthy hair.
  • Mix the oil with other floral essential oils like lavender, ylang ylang, and patchouli.
  • Add 1 drop to herbal teas or hot drinks.

diffusion : Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Use as a food additive: Dilute one drop with 125 ml of liquid.
External use: Mix 5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil for massage. Mix 5 drops with 5 ml of carrier oil as a bath additive. Mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil as a fragrance.
