Lemongrass is grown by farming families in southern India and provides a smoky, lemony essential oil that offers tons of benefits to the user. Lemongrass has long been used in Asian cuisine for soups, teas and curries, as well as with fish, poultry, beef and seafood. It also has a clarifying and toning effect and is often used in skin care products because of these benefits.

• Use it to season starters and meat dishes.
• Combine with basil, cardamom or spearmint.
• Dilute the oil and rub or spray on the skin before going outside.

Instructions for use

diffusion : Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Use as a food additive : Dilute one drop with 125 mL of liquid.

External application : Mix 5 drops with 10 mL carrier oil for massage. Mix 5 drops with 5 mL carrier oil as a bath additive. Mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil as a perfume.
