• Apply to feet and knees before exercising.
• Rub a few drops of Deep Blue diluted with a carrier oil on the growing legs of children before going to bed.
• Rub Deep Blue into your lower back muscles after moving house or a busy day at work that involved a lot of lifting.

Instructions for use

Application on the skin: For massage, mix 5 drops with ≈ 10 mL carrier oil. For the bath, mix 5 drops with ≈ 5 mL carrier oil. For perfume mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil.
